To make your dog's stay comfortable, and happy, I recommend that your dog come with the following items:
* Proof of vaccinations or titers
* Food
* Bed or blanket (if needed)
* Special toy, or item from home, that is needed, to make your dog's stay more relaxed and
happy
* Emergency contact number or cell phone number
* A short simple note with feeding instructions, schedule and/or any medications that need
to be given.
